I came in looking for two specific items and planned to be in and out, especially since I shop here every other day. Iβve never had an issue until today. After asking an employee for help, I spent a few minutes comparing different bracelet clasp sizes in one aisle. During that time, it became glaringly obvious and IMPOSSIBLE to overlook the large man dressed entirely in black repeatedly walking past me every few seconds before stopping at a nearby mid-aisle display directly across from me. He pretended to fiddle with merchandise while staring directly at me, the entire time. His behavior was unwarranted, inappropriate and uncomfortable. I am a small young woman. I shouldn't have to be looking over my shoulder at a CRAFT STORE. Iβm also a small business owner who spends a significant amount of money at this store. I bring my sisters, nieces, nephews, and grandmother here regularly. Iβve always enjoyed shopping here, which is why this experience was not only disappointing, but UNACCEPTABLE. I understand that loss prevention is part of retail, but if you have the job title, than you should know how to spot the difference. Being made to feel like I was under surveillance without cau

always great, now that joanns' is gone they are the only location with reasonably priced sewing notions and basic craft supplies, prices on par with Amazon and you can handle it before buying.

Not a bad hobby lobby. I always find what I need. This location is also easy to get too. My only suggestion is to.maybe stock more 1/4 & 1/6 Scale miniature items. This location did not have a good selection of them.

Okay... I am the last person to go to Hobby Lobby because of their outspoken political and religious positions... which is why I could only give them four stars... however, with Joann's gone and no Michael's I'm not left with a lot of options in Salem. However, there is no ethical consumption under capitalism... so you make the decisions you have to sometimes. For the first time today I went in... I could not believe my eyes... This location is far larger on the inside than one would think by the outside appearance. I actually got a little lightheaded at first because of the sheer size of it all. The selection in this store is absolutely amazing, and their prices could rival Amazon (another company I have difficulty shopping with). While I struggle to shop at a company like Hobby Lobby, I will be back. I may be measured with my purchases... but I will purchase all the same. I do want to note that every staff member I came across seemed to enjoy their job, treated me with kindness, and seemed to actually care... things we don't see often in retail (or any really) environments anymore.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Hobby Lobby location in Salem! The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The craft supplies section is particularly impressive with a great selection of yarn, fabric, and scrapbooking materials. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions about a specific product. I appreciated that they took the time to show me exactly where to find what I needed rather than just pointing in a general direction. The seasonal dΓ©cor section always has beautiful options, and I love that they frequently rotate their inventory to keep things fresh. The prices are reasonable, especially when you catch items on sale β which happens quite often! The store is spacious and not cramped like some craft stores can be, so itβs comfortable to browse even when itβs busy. Parking was easy and convenient too. Iβll definitely be returning for future craft projects and home dΓ©cor needs. This location consistently provides a pleasant shopping experience for all my creative endeavors!
